Yes, this is yet another blog about food and restaurants.  But hey, Geri and I eat out way to much and from this ‘experience’ we feel we have learned what it takes to have a good dinning…uh…experience.  Now, good food can be had at a taco stand in a swap meet or at one of those restaurants listed as $$$.  We have not had any formal education in the culinary arts, but we are paying customers and as paying customers we feel we have the right to judge.  Obviously you will be reading our SUBJECTIVE opinions.  So, if you do not like our opinions…well, just tell yourself we are full of sh#$.  Actually, post a comment and tell us why we suck.
